The loss of Loretta Kathleen Dege

Jodi went into premature labor on March 31 and despite everything the doctors did Jodi delivered a little girl. She was 14oz. She lived about an hour and forty-five minutes. She was only 23 weeks pregnant. They had a graveside ceremony on April 11th. She was buried in the Loon Lake Cemetery between grandma and grandpa Robison. Both of Steve's sisters and their families and his mom were able to come. Rip, Leslie, Jenna, Sarah, Dave, Cameron, Jennifer, Nicole, Uncle Al and Uncle Ted and many other friends attended the event. Dave spoke and Steve gave the dedicator prayer. The children sang "I am a child of God" and we all sang "God be with you till we meet again". Jim dug the grave(Friday). William helped carry the casket to the grave. Steve and Jim lowered the casket into the grave. Jim and Dustin filled it in. We all went to Jodi's ward building for a wonderful lunch.
